Frequently Asked Questions

How do I install a Wave handlebar?

Each Wave Handlebar is shipped with comprehensive installation instructions. We recommend that only a qualified bike mechanic install this handlebar. Please follow these installation instructions very carefully. An improperly installed handlebar can lead to damage to the product (nullifying its warranty) or damage to your bike. Downloadable Installation Instructions can be found near the top of the Tech Specs page.

What is the return policy?

If after riding you determine the Wave is not for you, return it within 45-days of purchase with your receipt for a full refund. Full refunds will only be honored for handlebars that are returned undamaged, in “like new” condition. Shipping costs are not included in refunds.

What is the warranty?

Coefficient Cycling LLC warrants each new Wave Handlebar against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two full years from date of purchase. This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of a defective handlebar. This warranty applies only to the Wave’s original owner and cannot be transferred. Warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, incorrect assembly, or any damage caused by the partnering with incompatible components or attachment of accessories. Warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse or neglect. In case of handlebar replacement, labor costs for switching handlebars are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims must be made through authorized Wave retailers or directly with Coefficient Cycling LLC.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently building our distribution network and do not yet ship outside the USA. If you're interested in getting a Wave bar, please email your name and country to and we'll get in touch with you as soon as we have a way to get you a bar.
